Capto Returns Process

In the unlikely event that your Capto system requires maintenance or new parts GLT Golf will provide a demo unit while your original is getting repaired. GLT will provide you with shipping label so you will not need to pay any fee's. Credit card details will be required prior to the release of the demo unit for security reasons - no payment will be taken if the unit is returned in proper working order.

In the unlikely event that you wish to return the unit for a refund the item must be in its original packaging, unnopened and undamaged and be within 30-days of purchasing. See our full return and refund policy here:

 

For all Capto purchases through gltgolfstore.com:  

 

Please allow up to 19 days to have your refund processed once the item(s) is shipped back; in most cases, you will receive your refund sooner. 

 

- 3-5 business days for the items to ship to our warehouse

- Up to 5 business days to have the items received and inspected

- Up to 2 business days for the refund to be processed and issued

- Up to 7 business days for your bank to release the fund back to your account

 

All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

2. All closeout & clearance items

3. All perishable items

4. All types of aerosol cans

For all Capto purchases through a registered Capto Partner, or Expert Partner:

 

1. Call GLT Golf at (770) 809-6117

2. GLT Golf will create a return request over the phone manually for you

3. GLT will issue a pre paid shipping label
