Question:

Can you sync player & stroke data between multiple devises?

Answer:

Yes. In the settings go to Data Manager on the right hand side of the screen. You have the option of exporting 'All Data' or 'Export Player'. If you wish to only sync a certain player, use the 'Export Player' feature. If you wish to export all data from one device to another, say from your laptop to your iPad, you will use the 'Export All Data' button. After you have clicked on the desired button, the software will walk you through the rest. To then import onto your other device, go to the Data Manager in your settings on the other device and select the desired import option; ‘Import Player’ or ‘Import All Data’.

Question:

What is the difference between 'Plumb' and 'Address'?

Answer:

You will notice when you change between ‘Plumb’ and ‘Address’ that the Lie and Shaft data points may change. The data displayed with ‘Address’ is simply using the last known position of the putter prior to the start of the stroke as the reference data; this is the 0 point. Whereas, ‘Plumb’ is using the true ‘up’ or vertical plumb line as the starting position. For example, if you have a player that delofts the putter at address (forward press) -4 degrees and returns the shaft to -4 degrees at impact, it will show as 0.0 when on ‘Address’. Whereas in ‘Plumb’ the same stroke would show as -4 degrees relative to that perfect vertical plumb line.
